A beautiful B&B located a short walk from the beach and town of Swanage. The rooms are bright and airy with everything you would want included for your stay. The hosts, Martine and John, are so friendly and welcoming and help make your stay as comfortable as they can. A great choice for breakfast with more flexibility than I've seen at other places. They really can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay. The only reason I wouldn't stay again is if I finally got to actually move to Swanage! Looking forward to our next stay!
What absolutely lovely people running this great bed and breakfast to such a high standard. Thanks to everyone for making our weekend at Swanage Blues festival so enjoyable and being so cyclist friendly.

The owners are the most caring and attentive you can wish for. You will feel properly like at home. And nothing is too much trouble. Parking on site, short walk to town and beach. Stayed there now couple of times. Will be returning again
Lovely place in a brilliant location, just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with the requisite tea and coffee making facilities. We could just glimpse the ocean from our bay window. It was quiet despite being on a fairly busy approach to the beach (i.e. traffic largely disappears at night.) Full English breakfast was a highlight, as we could customise our order each day. The hard-working and friendly hosts checked on us several times during breakfast making sure everything was perfect. Hope to visit again at some point.
Delightful B&B situated close to town and a few minutes from the beach. Very comfortable room (2) and the hosts were very accomodating Breakfast was very well presented. The cereals were in a bowl with a little fresh fruit (rather than a mini box) Plenty of tea and toast on tap. Constantly being asked if we wanted more, if everything was ok and engaging in conversation. Would absolutely recommend staying here. You won't regret it!
Great experience! Very warm welcome, a fabulous breakfast, superb location just by the beach. The hosts were very helpful, flexed their breakfast times to accommodate us, and made great picnic lunches.
